6th Annual General Meeting

Antinatalism Japan had its 6th annual general meeting on Sunday, August 9, 2026, and addressed the following matters:


  1. Financial report

  2. Rule change regarding frequency requirement of annual general meetings, and deletion of inoperative rules


  1. FINANCIAL REPORT

Accountant Hozumi reported on ANJ's finances from August 2025 to July 2026.


  1. RULE CHANGE REGARDING FREQUENCY REQUIREMENT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS, AND DELETION OF INOPERATIVE RULES

Hozumi, who proposed rule revisions to

  1. change the required frequency of annual general meetings from 'at least once a year' to 'at least once every 18 months', and

  2. delete inoperative rules regarding the membership type of 'opposed members' in order to align the overall rules with the amendment adopted at the previous general meeting

explained the revisions and the reasons.

The proposal was approved unanimously.
